Not getting notifications? Head to your Profile to access Settings, then click "Notifications." IPhone users may reset their push notifications by selecting the "Set this device as default" option from this screen.
Still not receiving push notifications? Please ensure notifications are enabled permissions from your phone's Settings. If you use Close5 from more than one device, log out of Close5 on both devices. Then log back in on the device you prefer your notifications to send to – This should reset your notifications to properly send to that device.
